virtualex, it looks like you're running into one of the version number normalization scenario's here:

Version numbers that have four parts, will have the fourth part removed if it is 0 (for example, 1.0.0.0 will be normalized to 1.0.0, but 1.0.0.1 will not).

The logs indicate that when it's looking to download this package it's dropped the trailing 0 and then not finding it:

I suspect this behaviour will continue to affect this package if it is pushed with the trailing zero on the version number, could I suggest pushing a version without it? (n.b. if using Chocolatey CLI 2.x it should do this automatically when running choco pack.)
